Who it's for
Built for the work, not the theory
Founders, revenue and operations leaders of B2B technology businesses, roughly 5 to 150 people, whose deals slow down in procurement or who are facing their first security questionnaires or investor diligence. It suits teams without a dedicated security lead.
You'll need: The questionnaire, plus confirmed facts from whoever knows: your systems and who has access, devices, backups, hosting, vendors and any security documents. The skills never fill gaps with assumptions.
Not for: Security audits, penetration testing, certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, legal advice on privacy or breach notification, or regulated industries with specific security standards.
Built on: The Minimum Viable Security Posture Every Technology Business Needs, How to Stop Losing Weeks to Customer Security Questionnaires, Why Access Control Is the Cheapest Risk You’re Not Managing, You Can’t Protect Data You Haven’t Classified, Your Vendor Stack Is Your Risk Surface: Treat It That Way, What to Actually Do in the First Hour of a Security Incident.

Sample output, abridged
Security questionnaire: Northwind Rostering for a 12-site aged care group
| Status | Questions |
| Matched to library answers | 8 of 11 |
| Need an owner's facts | 3 (recovery targets, penetration testing, staff training) |
| Answer still in draft | Incident notification |
| Not reviewed in 6 months | Subprocessors, offboarding, incidents |
An honest gap beats a vague answer
Asked about SOC 2, the draft says plainly that Northwind isn't certified yet and offers its security overview. The backup answer says no restore test has run, and that one is scheduled for November.
Before sending: Dev Rao verifies six answers, Lena Ford three and Sam Patel two, including the incident wording. Nothing goes out unverified.
