About these terms

These terms apply to your use of rev-iq.ai and everything Rev-IQ provides through it, including articles, worksheets and other downloads, and Rev-IQ AI Skills, whether free or paid. The site is operated by Rev-IQ Advisory Pty Ltd (ABN 34 702 630 304), Sydney, Australia ("Rev-IQ", "we", "us").

By using the site, downloading a resource or skill, or buying a paid product, you agree to these terms. If you're using them for a business, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for that business. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the materials.

General information, not advice

Our articles, worksheets, AI Skills and their outputs are general information based on Rev-IQ's frameworks. They aren't financial, investment, accounting, tax, legal or other professional advice, and they don't take your full circumstances into account. Using them doesn't create an advisory or client relationship with Rev-IQ.

You're responsible for your own decisions and for checking any figures, conclusions or recommendations before relying on them. Get professional advice where it matters.

No guarantee of results

We make no promise that using any resource or AI Skill will produce a particular result, such as revenue growth, improved retention, a better forecast or a successful raise. Outcomes depend on your information, your circumstances and how you act on them.

Sample outputs on this site use a fictional business and are shown only to illustrate the format.

How AI Skills work

An AI Skill is a file of instructions, and sometimes a small calculator, that you upload to a third-party AI platform such as Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI) or Perplexity (Perplexity AI). The skill runs inside your own account on that platform. Rev-IQ doesn't operate those platforms and doesn't receive the information you enter or the outputs produced.

Outputs are generated by the platform's AI model. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent, even when the skill is followed correctly. Review every output before you use it.

You're responsible for the information you share with an AI platform, for having the right to share it, and for complying with that platform's terms, your plan's data settings and your organisation's policies. Don't upload personal or confidential information you aren't permitted to share.

AI platforms change their features, plans and menus. We'll aim to keep skills and install guides current, but we can't guarantee a skill will work on every plan, version or platform, or that it will keep working after a platform changes.

Third-party platforms and trademarks

Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI and Perplexity is a trademark of Perplexity AI. Rev-IQ isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services, and Rev-IQ isn't responsible for their services. The same applies to any other third-party sites linked from rev-iq.ai.

Your licence to use our materials

Rev-IQ owns or licenses all content on this site, including the frameworks, articles, worksheets, AI Skills and their code. We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for the internal purposes of your own business, and to adapt them for that use.

You must not, without our written permission: sell, resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute them; include them in a product, course, template library or service you offer to others; or remove Rev-IQ's name or these terms from them. Sharing a link to the site is always welcome.

Advisers, consultants and investors may use a skill to review a business they work with, but may not package or resell the skill itself. A paid team or portfolio licence, where offered, may set out broader rights.

Paid AI Skills and bundles

Where we offer paid skills or bundles, the price, the licence and any update period are shown on the product page before you buy. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.

Paid products are sold through Stripe. Stripe's Link service (Link, LLC) acts as the reseller and merchant of record for the sale: it processes your payment, calculates and collects any tax that applies, and issues your receipt, and its terms also apply to the purchase. Rev-IQ supplies the product, the licence and any support.

Unless the product page says otherwise, a paid bundle is licensed for use within one business, including its employees and contractors working for it. It includes updated versions released within 12 months of purchase, available from your download page, which stays available for 12 months. The skills keep working after that; you just won't receive further updates.

Paid products are digital and are delivered for download straight after payment. Before you buy, please check your AI platform and plan support skills, using the requirements shown on each product page.

No refunds. Because digital products can't be returned once delivered, we don't offer refunds for change of mind, for buying the wrong product, for not using it, or because your AI platform or plan doesn't support it. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, set out below.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and the same may apply under similar laws where you live. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under those laws that can't lawfully be excluded.

Where the law allows us to limit our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited, at our choice, to supplying the product again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

Limits on our liability

The site, resources and free AI Skills are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties that aren't expressly stated in these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rev-IQ isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, our resources, our AI Skills or any output they produce, including loss of revenue, profit, data, opportunity or goodwill, business decisions made, or any indirect or consequential loss.

To the extent our liability can't be excluded but can be limited, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the product that gave rise to the claim. For free resources and skills, that amount is nil, except where the law doesn't allow it.

Your responsibility to us

You agree to cover Rev-IQ for any loss, cost or claim arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our materials, or a claim by a third party relating to information you entered into an AI platform or how you used an output. This doesn't apply to the extent the loss was caused by us.

Changes and availability

We may update, replace or withdraw any resource or AI Skill, and we may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you download or buy applies to that download or purchase. Material changes to paid products will be notified as set out at purchase.

Privacy

Our privacy notice explains what we collect when you download a resource or skill, and how we use it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Rev-IQ submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
