A CSV or Excel export from your CRM of open deals, plus deals closed in the last three to six months. Stage, value, owner, close date, next step and stage entry date help most. Remove contact details first. Not for: Writing sales emails, coaching individual deals or building a forecast from scratch.

Where it's breaking
Six deals are past their stage limit, three have close dates in the past and four have no next step or an overdue one. One lost deal has no reason recorded.
The forecast hangs on one deal
Riverside Hospitality (A$108,000, 29% of open value) has sat in Commercials in Review for 71 days against a 14-day limit, with no next step and a close date that passed on 30 September. Contact, re-date or disqualify it this week.
