Rev-IQ New Business BDM Kit

Win complex new business deals on evidence, not a hopeful close date.

Six skills for the late, hard part of new business: how much pipeline you really need and when, who in the buying group you haven't met, a business case the buyer's CFO can check, a mutual action plan that includes procurement, security, legal and the Christmas shutdown, a negotiation that trades rather than discounts, and a deal review with a forecast call you can defend.

What's included

6 skills that produce finished work

Each skill runs a Rev-IQ framework step by step and hands back something you can use straight away.

Who it's for

Built for the work, not the theory

New business BDMs, account executives and the sales leaders who manage them in B2B technology businesses, with deals that involve several decision-makers, a finance approval and a procurement step. It also suits founders selling larger deals.

You'll need: Your quota and a CRM export of recent and open deals, notes on the people in each deal, the buyer's own figures for the problem, the buyer's go-live date and your discount approval limits.

Not for: Discovery and early qualification (the Founder-led Sales Kit covers those), setting quotas or prices, or legal review of contract terms.

Built on: Fixing the Pipeline Mess So You Can Forecast With Confidence, Building a Business Case the Buyer's CFO Will Sign, Mutual Action Plans and Negotiating Without Leading With a Discount.

The skills run inside your own AI account. Nothing you enter is sent to Rev-IQ.

Freed time only counts as the hire it avoids

Coordinators estimate 3,744 hours a year of roster rework. The case counts that only up to the A$78,000 coordinator the group no longer needs for its 13th site, and shows the rest as a secondary benefit. Every figure has a source in the buyer's own finance, payroll or operations data.

The CFO's first question, answered: if the rework saving is half what's expected, payback is still about 7 months. The Mutual Action Plan then shows signature has to land by 21 December, before the Christmas shutdown.

Northwind Rostering is a fictional 30-customer software business used to test every Rev-IQ skill. Your output will reflect your own information.

Questions

Buying the New Business BDM Kit

What do I get when I buy?

An instant download of every skill in the bundle for your chosen AI platform, as one .zip or skill by skill, plus a step-by-step install guide. Your download page stays available for 12 months, and includes any updated versions released in that time. You can switch platform on the download page, so you're not locked into the one you picked at checkout.

Is the price inclusive of GST?

Yes. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies, so the price you see is the price you pay. If you tick "I'm purchasing as a business" at checkout and enter your ABN, Stripe treats it as a business purchase and no GST is charged, but the price stays the same. Stripe emails your receipt.

Can I get a refund?

No. Because the skills are digital files delivered straight away, paid skills aren't refundable for change of mind, buying the wrong product or because your AI platform or plan doesn't support skills. Please check the platform requirements on this page before you buy. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Can my team use it?

Yes. One purchase covers use within one business, including its employees and contractors working for it. Please don't share the files outside your business, resell them or use them in services you sell to others. Advisers who want to use the skills across several client businesses should get in touch first.

What happens to the information I put in?

The skills run inside your own AI account. Nothing you enter or upload is sent to Rev-IQ. Your AI provider's terms, your plan's data settings and your organisation's policies apply, so remove anything you're not comfortable sharing.

How reliable are the outputs?

Each skill applies a fixed Rev-IQ framework, and several use a built-in calculator so the scoring and maths are consistent. The output is only as good as the information you give it, and AI can make mistakes. Check the figures and treat the output as a strong first draft, not a final answer. Results aren't guaranteed.
