Rev-IQ Onboarding Plan Builder
Builds a seven-phase implementation plan with an artefact and exit test per phase, and a one-page scope with both sides' commitments and success criteria.
Keep the customers you've won, without waiting to hire a CS team.
Five skills that run customer success as a system: a repeatable onboarding plan and scope document, a health score for every account, a save plan when an account turns red, a 20-minute quarterly review, and support tiers with SLAs set from real capacity.
Each skill runs a Rev-IQ framework step by step and hands back something you can use straight away.
Builds a seven-phase implementation plan with an artefact and exit test per phase, and a one-page scope with both sides' commitments and success criteria.
Scores every account on usage, support, feedback and champion engagement, tiers them green, yellow or red, and sets the next touch for each.
Built on Customer Success at 0-20 Customers, Before You Hire a CSM
Diagnoses why an account is at risk, writes a dated 30-day save plan with an executive owner, and drafts the outreach and save-call agenda.
Built on Customer Success at 0-20 Customers, Before You Hire a CSM
Prepares a fixed four-question, 20-minute review call instead of a QBR deck, then writes the follow-up and a consistent account record.
Built on Customer Success at 0-20 Customers, Before You Hire a CSM
Defines severity tiers by concrete criteria, sets SLAs from your real response times, and turns repeat questions into knowledge base articles.
Built on How to Set Up Support Tiers, SLAs, and a Knowledge Base
Founders, heads of customer and account managers in B2B technology businesses with roughly 10 to 300 customers, running customer success without a dedicated team or with a small one. It suits anyone who has had a customer cancel and only then realised the signs were there.
You'll need: Your customer list with revenue per account and whatever you know about usage, tickets, feedback and champions. For onboarding, what's usually included; for support, a ticket export helps.
Not for: Choosing a CS or helpdesk platform, consumer subscription churn, contract disputes, or legal drafting of service levels.
Built on: How to Onboard Customers Without Reinventing It Every Time, Define Onboarding Like a Product, Not a Favour, Customer Success at 0-20 Customers, Before You Hire a CSM, How to Set Up Support Tiers, SLAs, and a Knowledge Base.
The skills run inside your own AI account. Nothing you enter is sent to Rev-IQ.
| Tier | Accounts | MRR | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| Red | 3 | A$14,700 | 36% |
| Yellow | 5 | A$17,100 | 42% |
| Green | 4 | A$9,300 | 23% |
A$9,000 MRR, renewing 1 December. Usage is falling, seven tickets in 90 days with negative sentiment, NPS 3, and the champion has left. It scores 1.0 of 3 on every input.
The pattern: two of the three red accounts renew within 63 days, and two yellow accounts have no owner. Next: the At-risk Account Save Plan names the likely cause (champion lost), gives Sam Patel a contact date and drafts his email to the new operations lead.

Yes. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies, so the price you see is the price you pay. If you tick "I'm purchasing as a business" at checkout and enter your ABN, Stripe treats it as a business purchase and no GST is charged, but the price stays the same. Stripe emails your receipt.
No. Because the skills are digital files delivered straight away, paid skills aren't refundable for change of mind, buying the wrong product or because your AI platform or plan doesn't support skills. Yes. One purchase covers use within one business, including its employees and contractors working for it. Please don't share the files outside your business, resell them or use them in services you sell to others. The skills run inside your own AI account. Nothing you enter or upload is sent to Rev-IQ. Your AI provider's terms, your plan's data settings and your organisation's policies apply, so remove anything you're not comfortable sharing.
Each skill applies a fixed Rev-IQ framework, and several use a built-in calculator so the scoring and maths are consistent. The output is only as good as the information you give it, and AI can make mistakes. Check the figures and treat the output as a strong first draft, not a final answer. Results aren't guaranteed.
